At Drive Now Driving School, we believe in transparency and ensuring that both our learners and instructors are on the same page. Our terms and conditions outline the key details of your driving lessons, including payment, cancellations, lesson conduct, and important safety guidelines. T&C`s
1.1 Drive Now Driving School provides professional driving lessons to learners in accordance with UK driving regulations.
1.2 Learners must possess a valid provisional driving license and comply with all road laws during lessons.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Lessons must be paid for in advance either as a package or on a per-lesson basis.
2.2 Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash. Receipts will be issued upon request.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson to avoid charges.
3.2 If a lesson is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the full lesson fee will be charged.
3.3 Refunds for pre-paid packages will be processed on a pro-rata basis, minus any cancellation fees.
4. Lesson Conduct
4.1 Learners must arrive on time and be prepared for each lesson. Late arrivals may result in reduced lesson time.
4.2 The instructor reserves the right to terminate a lesson if the learner poses a safety risk or behaves inappropriately
4.3 The instructor reserves the right to cancell lesson at short notice due to any out of the instructor control reasons.
5. Driving Test Policy
5.1 Learners must consult with their instructor before booking a driving test to ensure they are test-ready.
5.2 The school car can be used for the test, subject to availability and at an additional charge.
5.3 Before renting a Drive Now Driving School vehicle for your official driving test, non-pupils are required to pass a mock driving test conducted by one of our instructors
6. Liability
6.1 Drive Now Driving School is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by willful negligence or failure to follow instructor guidance during a lesson.
6.2 The school vehicle is fully insured for instructional purposes, but learners must act responsibly to avoid incidents.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1 Drive Now Driving School respects the privacy of all learners and will only collect necessary personal information.
